IMO pre you should iso-raise or fold, probably iso against 75/50 maniac. you're calling a pretty big raise OOP with a hand that can lead to dicey situations (just like this one )multiway.
I would just fold it pre. Maybe flat with suited Ace. As played i would go for check-raise gii if pfr cbets. This hand preflop i would worry about if the limpers have noticed this maniac and have started to limp monsters expecting him to raise.
