PLO100 - 6 players

CO - 150bb
BU - 150bb
BB - Hero - 150bb

Hero A A 7 2

fold, fold, CO raises to 3.5bb, BU calls, fold, Hero calls

Flop (11bb, 3 players)

A J 4

check, CO bets 7bb, fold, Hero calls

Turn (25bb, 2 players) T

Hero check, CO bets 18bb, Hero calls

River (61bb, 2 players) K

Hero check, CO bets 21bb, Hero ?

Both CO and BU are good regulars.
CO is quite aggro

Preflop I don't want to 3bet those rags AAxx vs 2 solid opponents

Bingo flop.
Quite dry here. I don't fear lots of cards. Wheel turns aren't that scary, and I wish to not see T/Q/K which are more scary

I decide to slowplay because the board is quite dry, my top set is hidden here, and CO is aggressive/barrely

Turn

meh, not the best I wanted to see.

c/c std I would say to keep his bluff and not isolate my self vs nut straights.
Ye i'd need some protection vs straight and flush draws which are numerous here, but don't want to isolate vs nuts

River

...

he's aggro so he can be bluffing here sometimes when i check
we've some aggro history and very maybe he could thin vbet a set (JJxx) to make me ****call with DP.

This sizing is a good price for sure, but that's the problem it smells like vbet on a scary board.

which move ? Ok with my line flop to turn ?

I dont think JJ is a vbet. River is annoying, you probably have to call but you're not gonna be good very often at all.

Flop looks like the only interesting street, personally I'd x/r all top set with no draw hands on this flop pretty much all the time ... maybe some of these types of hands if it was A94r. Slow playing for bluffs is fine, but villain can be value betting too and a decent number of runouts make him stop betting.

I think it's fine and I think river is a fold

It's easy to say check raise when the runout is in hindsight but you're good here 100% of the time and he cant have much so c/r just blows him out

Eh, with hindsight on this runout I think you lose more with a flop x/r.

Just calling flop means we check turn, which lets villain control too much and let's him cbet flop too much.

Folding river means we only ever call the nuts, and we are paying ~$20 to win ~$100. The reason it smells like a vbet is because we should be calling a lot given the price, folding everything but the nuts is not calling a lot.

Calling flop does not mean we check turn. Not saying you should bet but it remains an option. In fact betting the turn might be the best option as it might prevent us from being double barreled sometimes.

C/r flop is ok so long as you do it with weak ass hands too like mid pair + 2BDs etc

I'm afraid you'll have to call that, since you under repped your hand so much.
