Super standard value bet. If you think villain folds a lot, even $200 is good, and something that gets called a lot by inexperienced player who is more fearful of pot.
Flop and turn sizing is also a bit greedy, with top set and nut flush draw you want to encourage oppponents to call lighter and xr lighter.
I'd bet a little smaller OTF/T, but not by much and I don't think it's super worth worrying about.
Random opponents play wheel cards way too much, but they really shouldn't have so many of them in their range OTR that you should be nervous about GII. All-in, imo. No reason to get cute about a price.
