Sb bet out pot two times into 3 and 2 other players and co keeps calling. If you raise here you probably lose the co but I doubt sb is going anywhere and good chance you've just made their day.
The price is right for a call and the river should be pretty easy to play from the btn. If its a non pairing diamond it shouldn't be too hard to get some value.

Turn seems like a clear call.
Also this hand is a really bad overlimp, its too strong, raise is so much better.
