I have been playing Omaha for a while and would like some feedback on my stats. They do include quite a few badly played hands from my early days, so they're probably not great, but what should I be aiming for?

Welcome to 2+2! Pro players prefer to discuss not the stats given by poker rooms themselves, but about more compehensive stats like VPIP (% of hands where the player voluntarily put money into the pot, excluding preflop checks and walks), PFR (% of hands where the player raised preflop), etc.

To collect them, use such software as Pokertracker 4 or Omaha Manager (v.1 is deemed better than v.2 wherever the former still works). (The only poker room that provides a sufficient set of stats on its own is Carbon, but 2/4 PLO games run there very seldom )

Import the hands already played (if they're saved on a hard drive, which is a must; urgently tweak the settings in your poker room if they aren't) into such soft and post the stats counted by it in the stat sticky thread here in SSPLO; 2/4 PLO hands for quick review go into the HSPLO quick checkup sticky, will be accepted in the SSPLO quick checkup too if you're too afraid of criticism by high stake players; 2/4 hands for deep review should be posted in separate HSPLO threads. The beginner and guide stickies of SSPLO are worth reading too. GL in your PLO journey!
