Hi there simple question - best to play on stars or party for PLO zoom/fastforward 25?

Stars pool at this moment in time has 250ish players and party 80ish players (not sure of the averages). Stars 25z pool is abundant with fish/ broken stacks, bad players etc.

Havent tried party yet but would like to play there due to rakeback, it wouldn't be hard to rake a couple of buyins which is a promising prospect while i'm new to the limit and improving (taking the edge off any bad variance etcetc.)

However would it actually be more profitable to play on stars due to more bad players? Are party games full of competent regs (relative to the limit) grinding leaderboard/rakeback etcetc. with very few bad players?
