Nice pot.

If the value is in the CO, sandwiched between you and the button, the 4b doesn't make sense. Your hand flops well enough, enough of the time, to call and play a flop.

i don't like this 4b, especially with the CO in the middle. first off, most of the 3bs at this level are AAxx, so unless you have history saying otherwise, i think calling and playing postflop is going to be more profitable. this is particularly true since in my experience with these kinds of players, they're just going to keep calling whatever preflop, and you're going to end up in a hand like this where you're pretty much just gambling it up 3-way, and i don't love that. if you just flat the 3b, you still have CO in the pot who will likely donate more money on the flop and perhaps even the turn/river with much, much worse hands.

Are we finding a fold to the 5bet or just going welp SPR and running with it.

OP what is your thought process when you see the 5bet?

i'd like to hear thoughts on this as well. while i think the 4b is a mistake, once we actually do 4b and the CO calls, and then we get 5b, i'm not sure we can fold given the money already in the middle. maybe if we were deeper? i'm not sure 140BB is deep enough to fold here all things considered. generally 4b/folding is very exploitable and should not be done in theory, but at these stakes it's probably reasonable some of the time.

if we assume that villain has AAxx most of the time, we have we have ~31% equity. by the time the 5b action comes back to us, there is ~300BB in the pot, and assuming the CO calls as well, which i think is a totally fair assumption, then we have to call ~87BB to win ~330BB. so yeah, folding here once we 4b would be a mistake as well. although again, not 4b in the first place would save us this decision.

No, we're not folding to the 5-bet. This hand has 37% vs AA**, not 31%

you're right—that's my bad. accidentally entered Jc as Jh. that makes it even more clear, for sure.

4betting because you don't want to play OOP is not enough of a reason to 4-bet, unless you believe this move has high enough fold equity or you're getting it in vs his range good enough. I don't think your fold equity is non-existent but you get your entire stack in at 40% too often for it to be profitable.

I think I'm the only one who doesn't hate the 4bet.

Button should be squeezing some of the time, and we have a blocker to AAxx which should increase our fold equity a bit. Most players are going to under realize their equity by flatting here and folding sucks. Our equity is fine vs opponent's calling ranges when gii... so, yeah, gii.
