Is there a general SPR at which you guys try to stack-off with AAxx on the vast majority of flops?

Board changes a lot. OOP/IP changes a lot, because a lot of hands are +EV jams compared to folds, but the checking option.

There are lots of simplified tables out there. Mastermind has a bunch of those for instance. You don't even have to look at every board, literally just split by OOP IP (assuming 3b pots), and then look at like, 5 or so board textures.

ie.

High low low rain bow (Q62r, 22Kr)

mid straight and flush draw (T74ss)

2x broadway boards (KJ2ss QT5r)

Nid paired boards (996ss TTJr)

A high boards: (A95r, A45ss)

I would generally advise look at OOP spots. SB vs BTN is one of the first spots to look at. You can then look at SPRs where you bet/fold any significant % of 3bets.

I know this was an overly simple and reductive question, but once you expand this a little, I think it can actually create some very useful training wheel type heuristics. I certainly use a bunch of these until more recently. Hell, even right now I rely on these.

I actually encourage people to develop their own heuristics around it. I think this is a process that is very personal, and developing them yourself is very very important as it makes complicating your strategy as you strengthen as a player much more possible. As I have preached many times, learning how to learn is one of the most important aspects to becoming a player with longevity in the game.
