It depends!
There are some weak AAxx- and KKxx-hands....
Strong KKxx I call vs. Villian 3 Bet, also they have AAxx.
I call even with mid-broadway and doublesuited. In my expierience I won a lot with good broadway ds vs. weak AAxx, cause many player overplay their hands and do not care postflop equity.
So, there is no really general answer for me. Strong KKxx hands I call. They even can block nut str8 and nut flush vs. weak AAxx.
On this level/limit it is more important to play a good postflop and be tight preflop, but I would not fold strong hands KKxx hands.
If you say it is 90% AAxx...trust your instinct. You do not have the nut-3-of-a-kind and no possibilities. No gutshot, no fd.... or other points/are the reason to fold.
Do not care how "stupid" somebody play somebody AAxx hands. Call vs. bad regulars, who can not fold this hand and go broke on flops, where AAxx hands had a low equity vs. your hand.
I even fold some AAxx hands preflop or do not 3 bet them. Depends if they are suited and the two other cards.
