that hand you outlind has me at 45% which is the worst possible part of his range, overall im a generous fav against his range so i really want to be getting it in here on the flop all day as whilst i am a dog to that hand im jolly v his range so ship ship all day on the flop.

seems like you are getting your money in too much on the flop in general. it is ok to see a turn and a river now and again. sorry bout the downswing though -- take some time off.

Well in the hands I posted, I think getting the money in on those 2 flops is pretty standard (someone plz explain to me if/why I'm wrong tho). In the hand where I have QJxx and flop the straight, there are so many bad turn cards that will kill my or his action against a range that I dominate, and people at this level go beserk in 3bet pots, which is why i am happy to get it in against his range.

As for the 92xx hand, well I think villain's hand is polarized mostly to AAxx, so I am happy to ship it in while my equity is high.

But yeah, in general I find that I am shipping it in on the flop too much in 3bet pots in coinflip situations, but mostly because I suck in 3bet pots, and when you are multitabling with so many different people, it's hard to put them in a range in 3bet pots, so I just find it easier to ship it in as a coinflip and hope for some fold equity. But yeah, definitely something i need to work on.....

cliffnotes: had been being staked, got new 'real life' job so no time to put in a good # of hands, ended staking arrangment, cashed out, balance $0 on 2/1/08, finding about 1 hour a day to play with this new job, was going to deposit, decided to try to build a BR from $0 instead. Played 70fpp sats until i had about $20 T$, played $2 HUPLO SnGs till I had $100, grinded .01/.02 and .05/.10 and won a $15 PLO MTT and balance is now $700. Goal was to get to $1k by May 1 and move up aggressively until I hit 1/2. Hopefully can create a healthy bankroll for 1/2 out of nothing and I'll stay at that level and play for fun.
