I think id give him the one call. If its not a spade it might just be the Q hearts.

Fold as you're OOP, your hand is face-up as a draw, he doesn't have many lower flush draws in his range, and you're rarely going to get a free card on the turn when a free card helps you.

I would shove. He's almost never going to have 2 pair, and I'd guess he'd just ship the flop with a decent combo draw or w/e a fair bit of the time.

I would just try to check it down if I were you - you still have to beat MP whatever UTG does. I don't expect 1 pair / no draw to have that much equity given the action, but also I don't really expect UTG to make a move with a worse hand in a dry side pot. And a big raise isn't getting called by anything you beat, so it's a question of whether you should risk $1800 or so to buy UTG's ~$300 of equity in the pot, assuming he's drawing. Of course MP could have flopped a set and so you'd be taking that risk for much less equity gain.

And at risk of sounding like a boring old nit, even calling the $320 is kind of marginal imo. These guys aren't putting this much money in vs a hand that looks like Aces with stuff you beat. And if they're "kind of bad" you can't really trust then to fold something like a King with the 2nd nut flush draw, which is basically what you're trying to do if you raise?
