Unfortunate to say the least. I can't tell you how many times I've had 95+% equity allin on flop only have the perfect card hit on the turn and my hopes and dreams crushed on the river lol.

To be honest, you start to get a bit immune to it and frankly, if they never hit, they would never want to ship it allin for that exact same spot later on. Let villain have that 9% win, you'll take the other 91%

Live 1-2 PLO Hi Low. I was being more chatty than normal with the table, not paying enough attention to my cards. I'm dealt JJxx early position no low possible. I call and limps all around like it does in live 1-2 PLO. Flop is JT3 with two suits. I totally forget my cards and think I just have a weak jack, so I check.
Checks all around (gotta love low stakes live PLO) Turn is a 6 still two suits.
Me still not knowing my cards, I check. Next player bets $25, call, call, call, call.
Gets to me. I decide to look at my cards and $hit! I've got the vulnerable nuts, how the hell did I not know my hand? I look again at my cards, Yes it's a set of jacks. So I pot it. The original bettor tanks, then folds. Next guy says to the original bettor, something like "If you just checked, we'd get a free river" and he folds. Folds around to me.

Weird missread that worked out okay. My guess is the original bettor had a draw to the nut low, don't know what the others had.

One of the sickest hands I had played in a long time... After hours or solid play, I manage to lose my way down from 1300 to around 500 in a couple of pots in 2/2 PLO (mostly five-card). So manage to get around a hundred in pre vs a Villain who thinks I bluff way more often than I do, I have KK97ds and maybe some other irrelevant card - don´t remember if this hand was 4 or 5-card but I think five.

Flop T96 with two of a suit I do not hold.
I pot. Call.

Turn 7, so board now reads T967 - with four to a straight I have middle two pair and 200 in my stack, so I just push it in.

Get called quite soon, we run it twice and on one board there´s an offsuit 4 and on the other one there´s an offsuit 2. I say "I guess I´m going home", table my hand and get ready to leave.

Villain takes a look at his cards... and I am just waiting for him to show a straight or a set or whatever to scoop both boards...
...and looks at his cards...
And I am still waiting for him to find the winners, I can´t be good here
...and takes another look and mucks them!

And I scoop a 500BB pot with middle two pair. Good times!
