Do you guys ever experience depression when losing a lot / playing bad for an extended period of time? I'm ending up sleeping constantly and it's not GTO

When I lose/play bad it just motivates me to play better. Nothing like a healthy downswing to get your priorities in order

Not depression but I certainly start to question myself and wether i really know what im doing or not. But i have worked alot on my mental game and i know it will turn around with time and some studying

It's pretty natural to feel down when things aren't going well. That's human nature. Equally having the lows feel lower than have the wins feel good etc.

If you're suffering an on going depression then it's likely a sign that you're a) playing too much or b) playing too high or with a $ amount that is out of your comfort zone.

During these periods I think a good approach is to play less and study more. When you study a bunch you'll be amazed at how your confidence levels rise and you feel keen and ready for your next session.

It is GTO. You want to not be playing much when you've been losing a lot.

That's just part of the job.

It's a bug in the HH converter, zoom hands from stars say no limit omaha, they are still PLO.

There are some sites that offer NL omaha and it's a garbage game. Think about how bad it sounds and then it plays 2x worse than that.
