about RB at stars.... its 30%, right ? that rake default number on HM2, at session tab -> rake, is that accurate ?

for ex, this year i have 52148 hands at 0.5/1 zoom, HM2 session/rake tab says i paid $6863,17 rake. so $2059 RB ? (i buy $25 or 100 vpp bonus in a weird way, cant calculate seeing history cashier on stars)

fwiw the cash bonuses on stars are now flat, ie it doesn't matter if you buy the 10k or 10$, they have the same coins/per/dollar price

I think that there isnt active thread above plo100 right now and i hardly find any active.

I'll create a PGC thread tonight and start one, it sounds fun. I'm going from 0 to midstakes again, I play about 1 to 1.5 hours each night 3-4 reg tabling so it will be kind of a slow grind in RL time. It should keep me motivated, I'll go over my story in the thread and link it here later. I'll just have to figure out how to get data into my PT4 live instead of waiting the 24 hour period to download the hands(bovada). Super lame to post graph a day late. I'm at plo25 right now.

I know I'm kind of being a dick but how can you make it to midstakes playing an hour and a half a day? Just doesn't really seem realistic. I think you need to be putting in like 40 hours a week at least to progress these days unless you are some kind of savant...

I didn't say it would be quick or give a timeline, probably take me 3-4 months if everything goes absolutely perfect(never going to happen). I ran a 300 balance to a bankroll where I was rolled for 2/4 with shot-taking 3/6 from Christmas to the beginning of May but that was like 100 hours a month of play with some serious study outside of that.

I am not going to go crazy, I get way to stressed out when I put in tons of hours as I have a day job and I still need sleep and time for other fun. I don't have a family or much responsibility though so that helps a lot. I consider 1-2 midstakes, so somewhere between 10k and 15k would be enough for me to start taking shots there depending on how soft the game is on a particular day.

My winrate will go up as I as I go up in stakes due to better rake as well so it will go faster the higher I go. This isn't a race for me, I will be taking my time and won't be seriously grinding. I don't consider myself a savant, there are a ton of people on this forum better than me. (sorry if I'm being overly defensive, if you think the PGC thread is a bad idea then maybe I'll scratch it.)

Yeah go for it. I didn't realize you had already made it up to 2/4 before so I assume you're already pretty good. If time isn't relevant I'm sure you can get there eventually.
BTW you said you expect to climb faster as you move up, how big of a difference do you find between say 25pl and 50pl in difficulty on bodog? I've been stuck in the 25pl slums for a while now, hoping to move up soonish. The rake is killing me.

I use omaha indicator as my HUD. I downloaded the card catcher trial to use it today, will probably just end up buying it so I can do live graphs for the thread.

I use card catcher as well for bovada it's a pretty dank meme. Get both the cash games and the tournaments at once for the discount, it's worth it for playing donkaments with your poker points.
