You mean HotS? I played Brood war for fun, but my career peak was early WoL (GSL semi x2). After that was slow decline of de-motivation and poor practice habits (no quality).

And before 2013? I've only been in the zoom 200 pool twice since 2013 as I stopped full time poker for university (taking stabs now after few mtt wins last couple weeks)... Ah, gotcha, for some reason I thought you were around the pro-scene already in BW but I only got into SC in the beginning of WoL so didn't really know for sure.

Hm, I quit SC2 in 2012 and started playing PLO25. Moved up to PLO100 a few months later, and grinded breakevenly/slightly losing for a few months. Moved back down to PLO50 and retooled, crushed a bit, moved up to 200 and stayed there since hm, april or may 2013. Didn't put in that much volume in 2013 or 2014 (I think 300k vpps in 2013 and 400k in 2014?), and never really tried to move up until this year.

I've never played PLO5 I think, except as a misclick. Waaaaaaay back in the day I played NL2 (started with 50$ just after UIEGA and played for a couple of years, played as high as 5/10 but mostly 200 then too, even though the games back then were such a joke compared to now, the amount of study I've put in now to beat 1/2 vs back then.... god, wish my 18-19 year old self would have been more aware of the theory side of things).

I think if you saw me at 100zoom it must have been august 2012-february 2013~ ish period, when I played that a lot. I ****ing hate 100 zoom more than anything on earth, unbeatable tilt level -.-!! (not really unbeatable obviously but at the time it felt that way)

It depends on how you define the pro-scene. I was one of the best swedish players around 2005-2006, but the gap between the non-koreans and the koreans was so absurd, that that basically made me around the same level as skilled korean amateurs and low-tier korean semi-pros.

I played Fantasy in a bo5 for 500$ in BW around that time =P (Not a bet game, we had equal amounts of wins in some team league event and we played for a 300/200 split to see who would get the 'team ace' bonus). Lost 1-3 (which sounds closer than it was, although the win was actually a legit macro game).

Quit BW and played poker late 2006-2009~ then SC2 2010-2012. Been living in Korea since 2010 now.
