Yeah I think this is a spot too where even if you think call was +EV, shoving in the last 80 is prob more ev to give him the chace to fold chops, JJ, Qx, KK, and some weak bare ace hands that he turned into a bluff, possibly even hero-folding something he bet for thin value/merge.

I don't play sngs but Ak33s has to be closer to a fold than a 3b 17bb deep. It is certainly never a reraise.
