4) Pre i think is ok as there wasn't any 3ball happy guys behind and utg+1 is a weak player. Flop i could raise, but i take the conservative line and want to see a safe turn as we block our boat out. Wouldn't fold turn on a card completing the str8(blocker), unless it's a spade.
