Doing the pokerworld a great favor. Maybe this was his intent, maybe, mabe not. As far i know from him and i only know him from interviews etc. this could be true because he is allways protraying and acting like a good guy.

He could likely be one, he could also just play this role because every other role would revoke resistance and hate towards him, because he is so much and at least was above every one.

But, what are the results?

The thing is just, you have to have a big winning ratio to be considered a winner at this stake because of rake than higher.

If you want to be cherished by poker operators nowadays, don't teach people how to win, but only give them an impression that they can win by applying your teachings.

Win yourself, as much as necessary for your wellbeing, but let others win a bit too.

That's how poker tables can become a happy place for (almost) everyone, a place where regulars' duty is to sell amusement to recreationals.

This kinda relates to what we talked about in the podcast:

1) don't let poker control too much of your life and define you as a person, downswings will depress you and make you feel like a failure.

2) don't play poker if anything IRL is bothering you, and interferes with your concentration.
