think the most common hands that c/c on this flop are TT-KK and the occasional 8xx.
so imo the A is a good turn to bluff those TT-KK, 8x hands out as only Axxx will stay with you past the turn bet (and of course pair/FD stuff). i just think you fold out a bunch of stuff that's already beating you that was willing to call the flop, but can't really call turn.
I would bet smaller on flop and at least consider barreling turn. I would consider bluffing river after turn checks through to get him off overpairs that are scared of the Ace.
