Hey guys!
After having some difficulties on the tables these last days, i took a step back and started to review some hands.
I didnt pay attention to the graph for a while and saw that my red line is falling.
I think it really began when i started to check call hand that can t afford a re raise but still want to see next card.
Also my opponents have been really aggressive recently, forcing me to lay down many hands, and put me into bad calls as well.
If anyone into this situation, or have been through it, I might need your help here, anything would be welcome !

You're too tight from the BB. Every time you fold your BB, you redline goes down, since the BB that you lost was a non-showdown loss.

Your turn cbet % seems quite high. I'd imagine your betting and getting pushed on here and folding. Sometimes a check raise is better here if board does not appear help Villain

I thought that i was playing too loose from the blinds !
Ill try to defend more for the next 10k hands and see how it goes.

Shall i start to c/r most of my range that i usually bet/fold against opponents that tend to float me on flops ?

It depends on villian - with your hud make sure to include the stat of villains bet on turn when checked to and Agression frequency. This will give you an indicator as to wthert they are at it.

If the turn is a blank or a card that gives you more outs then it is usually worth check raising as typically villain hasnt improved and needs help on the river. This is only good if you can get majority of your stack in and you have potential nut draws or big wraps etc. Dont do this when deep stacked because you will then have to barrel a lot on rivers that dont help you.

IMO your numbers look solid in general.

The problem is that you have a negative EV in EP. In the long run you should have here of course a positive number. You are also playing not enough Hands in EV. You should take care that the number of hands you play from every position are as equal as possible in the long run.

The samplesize of EP is quite low and i would assume now that you ran into some bad setups. But maybe you should have a quick look what happend there.

looks ok overall. defend more from BB and your cbet flop and turn are too high i think.

I ve started defending much more from the BB and i think its going well so far.
Also started to check back/raise more and so my checking range is stronger which makes me harder to play and also my life easier. Running awful at the moment, around 30bi under ev over 40k hands but still working on it, also amazing videos from the cardrunners website which give you 1 week trial. Thanks for your answers anyway guys its been helpful so far.
