You have 40% equity vs. a set tho.

Honestly as sick as it sounds I don't hate c/folding that flop. We have what looks like a good draw but in reality we are getting sick reverse implied odds much of the time. When he has JT or a pair+clubs we are just crushed equity wise. There is really not many hands he can have besides a set that we are doing alright against when we get it in there.

I don't think so. With all of the money already in the pot and two players to act after you, all of your options suck, and with top two pair 4 ways your equity is probably not bad but not good either. All-in.
