Well you got 10 outs to hit the backdoor flush draw on the turn and then 9 outs to hit the flush, so you were a 90% favorite!

two questions:
1.what do you guys think about betting out on turn? players reraising flop with draws or strong made hands. if they reraise they have the made hands, so I call bc the odds. if they just call I shove any river and having a lot of foldequity vs sometihng like QT9*.

2. how you decide when to cr or leadout with draw vs the preflopaggressor?

hm... good point, donking turn for a full pot might be good idea because if we check/raise we dont have a lots of fold equity cuz villian invested way to much in the pot and not folding a lot.

Raise preflop the first time around.

My gut feeling is that you should fold b/c of stack and relative position issues- you call, CO calls, SB leads the flop all-in for $13 into the $30ish pot, you'd like to call with a lot of hands but you have to worry about CO behind you. It's probably pretty close, though.
