I don't think you ever want to not get it in PF with Aces. I suppose if you've got some really ugly Aces (AA27r) you might not want to against someone who's range you can narrow definitively to also Aces. But in those situations, to really care, you'd have to be so deep that you'd be unlikely to be 3-betting or 4-betting yourself in the first place.

I.e. if you're each 600bb deep, using the 1/3 of stack in PF so you can shove any flop guideline for non-exploitability, you'd have to be x-betting to 200bb. But you'd never do that because if 4-betting doesn't get you to the 1/3 threshold, then you're not going to 4-bet in the first place.

Edit: And 3-handed, while I may not be the favorite, if I can get it in against 2 others whose ranges are wide enough to not always be the other AA and something else, I'm going to because I should still have more than my fair share of equity.

Heads up I don't think you can really make case for ever folding aces preflop. If you are really THAT deep (400bb or something) and your aces are junky then you shouldn't be 4 and 5-betting anyway.

3-way I don't think it's advisable to fold aces preflop ever for 100bb, it's like folding Kings in Hold 'Em. Sure it could be right in a few exceptional situations but you're just better off auto-calling every time.

4-way this is def more possible but I still def haven't folded AA preflop yet lol.

bet size is a little fishy to me, i think you can get away with peeling here and reval on turn, again you have blocker to top set so villain looks to betting a weaker 2 pair or str8 draw and trying to knock players out cheaper, you also have some good backdoors draws and may have some good bluffing oppurtunities as well

I find at micros PFR's feel like that HAVE to bet, seen a few showdowns and they have weak hands, but i wasnt really sure to continue.

Not sure, if there was a Kx, KJ or KQ out there, surely you would be c/r on the turn? Anyone chasing a flush there is not the brightest. Real question is before considering a value bet, would you call a raise?
