Don't really know much about PLO, so i'm 24 tabling it. Is this just a standard c/f in a 4 way 4b pot?

Any merit to not 4b pre? Seemed as if most of the stacks would go in and i'd likely just be 2 or 3 way.

Seems like a good way to lose a lot of money. Any particular reason why?

PF 4-bet is good. Flop is meh... I think c/f is fine. I guess I don't hate pushing and hoping they give you credit for QJT9ds, but I suppose it's just as likely someone else has that hand. I'm not sure if a bare Jack even folds to a shove. Maybe at this limit they do. Meh... c/f is probably better.

Getting ~5:1, I'm gonna call here. I would think his hand + FD combos are going to get it in on the flop/turn and it seems thin for him to call your turn bet with just a bare FD. Call and take a note, IMO.

@bullten

I would bet a touch smaller on the flop and turn since you probably have to fold to a raise. I think you should also bet way smaller on the river. Maybe only .50 or something. I think his most likely holdings are a busted FD or 44. I think the hope is he caught some kind of rando 2-pair or something with his FD and curiosity calls your river bet. If he raises, meh. You'll be getting a decent price, but I don't think you're good very often. I would probably fold given his passivity (this is part of the reason why betting smaller on the flop/turn is better - it leaves you a bit more wiggle room later on while still charging him for his draws.)

@martin

FR up in here, wat? I probably call his 3! and look for a decent flop to get the rest in on given we have a good idea of his hand. He's going to be pushing pretty much every flop and we can fold on uglier ones (225r, etc.)

Hand 1: Fold, the hand's pretty useless.

Hand 2: Very standard and if you're against a set you have so much equity too, their range doesn't only consist of draws in this spot.

Is there a stack depth that you don't want to get it all in pre with AAxx HU? I can see 3handed where you're likely not to be a favorite. If you're 6 buyins deep are you always getting it in pre with say AA28s or unsuited AAxx? Or is it just a matter of whether or not you want to deal with the variance?

I'm pretty new to PLO so can you explain what you mean here in some depth please? So when I 4bet pre and he shoves, what do I do then? It seems like all these 18/14/2 nit regs are only 3betting AAxx. Shouldn't I be more inclined to shove here against a guy who's more like 33/20/7?
