So recently I have been getting a lot of players limping and when I pot it, every player calls the pot. A lot of times it is 3 to 6 players seeing the flop. My question is do you just play even tighter and raise with only top ten hands or make sure when you are raising you have positions?

Also, what hands do you consider good hands that play well multi pot. I am going to assume JJTT. But what are other ones.
It seems to me I will get AAT9 double suited. I will pot it and everyone calls. And the opposite suit hits and no draws... I know that is PLO.

Finally, does the variance seem really off on Global Poker. I don't play with a big bankroll at all. I start out with the buy $20 get 40 SC bonus. It wittled down to like $7 dollars so I started just playing SNG and worked it up to $16.

I decided to play PLO with that amount. I would buy in a $4 and I worked it up to $80 in a 5 days. Then in like two days I was back at $5. I decided I would play all of it, and if I lost it I would just study more before putting anymore money in. And in two hours I was back up to $80.

That seems off to me. For the record I am not saying online is rigged at all. Could it just be Global Poker RNG?
Or is just variance lolz?
