Both villains are recreational players. I think UTG is very bad and loose pre. Is this standard?

Stacks:
UTG ($250.9BB) 251bb
UTG+1 ($113.36BB) 113bb
CO Hero ($303.76BB) 304bb
BTN ($131.14BB) 131bb
SB ($54.76BB) 55bb
BB ($100BB) 100bb

Pre-Flop: (1.5BB, 6 players) Hero is CO 10 9 Q 8
UTG raises to 3BB, 1 fold, Hero raises to 10.5BB, 2 folds, BB calls 9.5BB, UTG calls 7.5BB

Flop: 3 10 5 ($32BB, 3 players)
BB bets 30.4BB, UTG calls 30.4BB, Hero calls 30.4BB

Turn: Q ($123.2BB, 3)
BB checks, UTG bets 59.6BB, Hero goes all-in 262.86BB, BB goes all-in 59.1BB, UTG goes all-in 150.4BB

I think it's good (or unavoidable), with redraws you can't be too much behind even against a set if he somehow has it.

I probably flat pre. I guess 3-betting is OK, but sounds like UTG will shovel money in post anyway if you hit. This is not a hand that I want to iso, because if you want to continue on flop you've probably flopped quite well.

Fold flop. You're facing a PSB and a call. Top pair is never good, and top two may not be good if you hit it on turn. Your running flush draw is not even close to the nuts either.

Turn demonstrates why flop should've been a fold. You hit one of the best cards in the deck for you, and you're still probably 25% or so (unlikely that both your flush draw and straight draw is good, ie one of the Vs probably has either bigger clubs or AK). So you're calling flop hoping to turn good enough to make a breakeven shove, and fold when you whiff.

Got access to my db now, so I'll add that UTG is a 61/33 rec who raises RFI from UTG 42% in 170 hands. Second guy is an unknown recreational.

Do we still not want to ISO someone as bad as this? Does this change our postflop decisions? I mean we should be talking ranges here and what range do these 2 recs have here?

Agree w/ MiB. Probably not a great hand to play for 250bb w T-high suit and upper gap.
If BB is fish and can lead JJ76 Im not folding.
Maybe its better to raise and make UTG who is super wide to fold overpairs.

I think given who the villains are, folding flop would be my least favorite option. I see merit to the flat and I think raising can be an interesting play (I guess you’re raise/folding if either comes over the top?). As played I think we have to get it in on that turn. Also, love the 3b preflop for sure

Isolating this player is way better that calling.Fold is also fine.

As played after bb leads and having player behind us to act I would fold.

I think i prfer to fold the flop. there are 2 guys before you that pay full pot on a board like this.
and also note UTG calls , and he ist not afraid of you sitting behind him.
