Preflop line check, help settle an argument

So my brother was playing some .05/.1 zone PLO on ignition(for those unfamiliar it is just Ignitions's form of Zoom) and we had a strong disagreement on if his hand was a call or fold preflop. So some input from some PLO regs would be great.
Its a 6max table and under the gun raises to 3x and is called in 3 spots. We have 8633ds in the SB, is it a call or fold? The average stack is roughly 75-150bbs and obviously readless on all players due to zone and no screen names.
Dont bother spending too much time laying out why you think it is/is not a call as I think there is a very clear answer to this. I just wanted some answers from some PLO regs as to what would be your line here to prove which one of us is right. Very petty I know LOL but all feedback is much appreciated!

snap fold
the hand is playable only on BB for freeplay or tops 1BB call into family pot
I'd recommend your brother to watch PLO Quick Pro (2013)
