Rake back is great at all levels, but when you're playing micros and starting to build a roll it's super important.

Probably run it once or partypoker.

Technically, GG (low 3% rake for around low limits with a rakeback deal, mobile HUD and notes. I, however, didn't beat them, so playing NLH Rush and MTTs there), and Stars regular tables (-30 bb/100, so I stick to zoom 3 bb/100 multitabling). You might get more lucky and I see no reason why you should not give those places a shot. I won well in the start and at Stars I ran into problems only later.

PLO might not be a game to think about building a roll at micro to low limits these days; one thinks instead of building skill and as so zooms are great and in the long run building skill might be worth more but if you practise for live games, e.g. I play also at my national site that's looser (and low rake) to train for live games also but I am definitely not wasting my time for building a roll as time is of more value for me. Maybe at the 25+ level one can worry about building a roll if one is just playing break even but the hourly and the waste of time can cost more.

If you're playing microstakes, I think RIO and GGN are your best options as they have a significantly lower effective rake than the other public sites.

The rake at GGN of 3% uncapped works out to be around 10 - 12bb/100 for most players which is approximately the rake you would expect to be paying on Stars at 100PLO, so if you are playing 50 or lower this means you will be paying much less rake.

Rio just gives a ton of rakeback and bonuses in various forms, they probably have the lowest effective rake of all sites that I know of.

Run it once is your best option right now. Plo traffic is solid from 10 to 50 plo during peak hours and they have 4.5% rake with reasonable caps at 20 plo and below and 5% for 50 plo. You get a ton of rakeback with their new legends program and splash the pot. You can get up to 75% rakeback with the highest tier but even if you dont reach that level getting over 50% rakeback is very easy and doesnt take that much play.
Also this week they are running a promotion that will get you 50% additional rakeback on the rakeback that you earned and if you reach hearts tier you can get free essential membership for run it once training site (which is worth like 24 bucks i think).

I play in Party sometime for fun. I am still not good in this. Fast poker, I think close to BE. But you have daily leaderboard, rakeback, some rakeback from the affiliates as well. 50% RB+ and "easy" leaderboard. On the normal tables, the people are extremely weak. Limp every hand. The entire table...
The rake is 5% I think, no "real" cap. I am not sure. The fast poker is "faster" than Zoom. With enough people. You know, some hours, the "active" hours.

The rake is not ideal but I would say GG is the best spot to build a roll right now. Tons of traffic, look to an affiliate to get a rakeback deal before you sign up (important, I did not) and then enjoy the fact that generally the competition is soft.

Pokerstars or GG network. Dingus is right, getting an affiliate deal is the best on top of their standard rakeback deals.

I wouldn't focus on building a roll playing micros or small stakes if I could help it.
