What do you think guys, good river fold here?
Is my turn play ok or is better to ckeck/call the turn?

I think it's good to bet turn, it's not easy for him to have AK, you are likely to still have the best hand at this point. river is a bit tough without any reads, he's giving you good odds. 41/17 looks more like a passive player in general. if he's capable of bluffing I would say call, if he's ABC then fold.

Is their merit to checking that flop ? Will probably be tough to get 3 streets from an unimproved A multiway ... as played he might have convinced himself that your small turn bet followed by a check means he can blow you off your hand i just don't know if he'd turn trip aces into a bluff ... thinking about it more he'd probably check that behind so I'm having trouble coming up with hands he has as a bluff there on the river. Would he be drawing to flushes and straights multiway on a paired board ? Probably not, I think it was a good fold

IMO I like to check turn, then on river you have cheaper showdown if he was drawing to the boat then instead of betting turn for $10 and folding you could possible check turn and call a $10 river bet and be up against AAA

    I hate it.

Villain can easily valuebet AQ (maybe worse), and with your smallish turn bet can also have some combos draws by the river (not likely but possible).

Checking at any point missing out on a ton of value. Betting with a boat when your opponent has trips is like why you should play PLO. Getting raised sucks, you should probably fold, but ensuring value is just so much more important than worrying about that. I need a very specific read that villain is tough/tight and respects my game to take any type of check/fold line.

Your pairing of giant flop sizing and small turn sizing is pretty bad. You limit even very fishy player's ranges to Axxx, then you lay them an excellent price to draw on the turn and leave yourself with a super awkward river SPR.

I agree completely than flop sizing was to big. But after getting called by 2 players i would personally check fold turn against any decent player. As played on river can't see you re good there ever. Generally it's very tough to get 3 streets of value with underfull specially on Aak board
