Villain is 68/38 over 50 hands
I should bet flop and turn bigger I know...But what to do on river?
Do we bet 1/2 pot and fold to a raise?
Checking behind seems a little bit weak, right?
I feel like villains with stats 68/38 wont slowplay full houses much when they hit it on the turn.
Also, another reason to bet is IF he has a full house on the river, since you have a jack yourself, he is less likely to raise you with a full house since he has a lot less full houses consisting a jack
Yeah I was feel the same.If he would have a full house, he is likely to raise somewhere...If villian would be 23/11 TAG he would check more likely his under full here. With the J in my hand I have blocked some J9xx, J8xx hands.Still was Not sure what to do on the river.
But like the majority posters say, betting the river to get some value from weaker hands is fine.
I think your sizing on flop and river is fine. You are giving
That maniac good price to call you with various trash.
Betting river and even calling reraise is not unreasonable
Against this type of player.
