No HH as I do not have a tracker for PLO so I will try to do this from memory.

MP opener seems competent pre and post, doesnt overplay anything. CO I have played a lot of NLHE with and his stats there are 13/11/9, VPIP/PFR/3b, if that is any indication to how he might play PLO.

~175BB effective, Hero (+200BB) is OTB with AdKdKx5x.

Hero? I rarely flat a 3b cold in HE, however, is flatting or 4b here okay, folding ever an option? This deep my thoughts are to just flat and play the flop, IP cause I don't want to 4b GII this deep cause it's always gonna be AAxx against these Vs.

It's plo5 ... how bad can anything be?

In theory it matters if you have AKK5ds or just the A5 suit, but I don't cold 4bet even with the A and double suit and folding would be weird esp. this deep. Calling 4b closing the action is probably bad with only 100b, but meh. deep we have top set and NF draws ... flop is obviously gin/good.

Many V only 4bet AAxx+, and if that describes this V, this is a clear fold.

So what types of hands would we rather have in this spot? I am thinking something along the lines of AKT9ds+ or even JT98ds.

Generally I wont call a 4bet with any hand that contains an ace unless the ace is suited and the other 3 cards are all super connected.
