I think maybe I should of bet this flop to protect my over pair since he fold to cb is 61. I had 1.2k hands on this player vpip 51/ pfr 31/ cb 41/ tb 28. He was definitely more on the tight nitty side. But I decided to do a check call line with no draws. On the turn do you guys like to check jam or check call? with the board being paired I would think he would check back drawing hands ( he more nitty post flop)

I can not see him bluffing the river once you call turn.Prefer jamming here.Worse ten will def call, sometimes even some draw.

What do you think about betting this flop? It doesn't really hit his 3b calling range often. Should i be betting here to protect my hand so the board doesn't get to ugly?

I would usually c bet flop with top pair and an overpair. I'm more likely to bet dry overpairs when I also have a pair as we have more ways to improve and a blocker. Checking is defensible too.

I'm never calling turn. Effective stacks would be $11 with about $25 in the pot heading to river. Flatting allows V to save money when he's drawing. If he has a set or is drawing we're probably paying him off on river anyway. So turn is a shove or fold spot and I'd opt to shove with trips K kicker in a 3-bet pot n
