I had some fishy players at the table - and was wondering if I should check this flop in a 3bet pot. I'm worried about a 2,4 or 5 but that's about it.

I decided to bet 1/3rd pot and they all folded. Thoughts?

You can t expect people to have what to call with when you hit the board like that, also you can t really check and not get value from fishy players (albeit an argument can be made for checking)

So yea, looks fine.
