Villian has 240 BB, I have 400 BB. Match has been going on for a while now, I am in for 300-350 BB so I am a small winner. There has been a number of four-bet pots so far, but if I recall correctly, only one or two five-bet. In one of the five-bet pots I four-bet a double suited broadway rundown and he five-bet, I won it all-in pre (around 100 BB deep).

So, I am dealt A A K Q on the BB.
Villain 3x BB
I 9x BB
Villian 27x BB

And I.... ?

If I re-pot, pot will be 162 BB on the flop with effective stacks at one pot sized bet with me first to act. I expect the Villian to call my five-bet, since I cannot imagine him four-bet-folding.

Villain can have Kings and if he flops last king you will feel pretty miserable. So standard fold to reduce variance I think.

I did re-pot without much thinking and pushed a Q43r flop, aces held vs 7654. Afterwards I just started thinking if there is any merit of playing it any differently. I guess not.

+1, and it's a very good 4-bet in particular against people looking not to 5-bet AAxx.

if your biggest trouble is playing AAKQs HU facing 4bet then I think you should climb higher limits
