Villain was quite loose and aggressive over 100 hands, 3-betting a lot. He got stacked earlier when he shoved KKAx with no suits preflop for 100bb and he stacked me earlier when we went all in on the turn when he had JcTcxx on KcTsXc3s (when a club fell on the river for a rivered flush) when I had KsKx9sX.

River is an easy call getting 6-1 but I figure in these spots what do we beat if he has AAxx and could easily show up with 5xxx in this spot also. I guess we beat QQxx, JJxx, AKQx - splitting with AKJT.

Should we just make a nitty fold on the flop/turn when the backdraw flush draw doesnt come in.

I don't think you can fold anywhere post flop for that price.

I would just get it in preflop if you think villain is squeezing a decent range.

This is a 4b pre for me vs a light 3 bettor. As played it's certainly a weird line, but he doesn't need to have AAxx based on your reads. Call is fine.

Add a river call to as-played and it's all fine to me.

Call river and id rather not 4B this. You really dont want to call a 5B from this guy since you dont know if he is capable of 5B loose and you have low equity vs AA. If you consider 4B like mentioned before id rather take AJT9ds because you will flop alot more str8 draws and can call a 5B easily.
