Should I have done something different here?

What is my correct play over opponents' raise and 3-bet?

Sure. I don't think it is about winning, but about playing correctly.

A situation when Player1 opens, Player2 3-bets, and we have bad aces it not the simplest one, since there might be a decent AAxxss hand around.

Both preflop and postflop look super standard to me dude, you're always 3-betting that hand preflop and folding on that flop seems impossible too

Yes, but I didn't 3-bet preflop, I 4-bet. That's why I ask.

You can easily fold the flop, you’re drawing to nothing.
