Hi!

I have a hand from an untracked anonymus site.

Me and villain are around 200bb deep.

I raise from MP w/ 9887sscc to 3.5bb.
Villain from SB 3bets POT. BB folds, I call. Pot is 24bb.

Flop - KJ4ss

Villain cbets 17bb, I call. Pot is 58bb.

Turn - 8r

Villain checks, I bet 48bb, villain calls.

River - Tr

Villain donks pot pretty quickly, I have 3rd nut straight...

Villain seems like a good aggro reg.
Any ideas?

Thanks!

Why did you call the flop? All of you draws are super non nutty.

As played I make a crying call on the river. He could have missed a flush or made a set. The snap bet pot seems bluffy. Why would he do that with a higher straight?

Fold flop.

Normally I'd assume your range has enough AQx/Q9x by the river that you probably don't need to call 97x ... but given the flop call, can't assume that. Gotta call and lose that money.

As for villain, he played it pretty normal for AQTx and he can't have much of a range that bets flop and x/c turn that doesn't have something here (Eg. doesn't need to donk bet AI with AKT. If he often has AA and would donk bluff river with AAss (after x/c turn ), or is 3betting any4 and will play bare nut flush draw like this ... call.
