i would probably cbet that board. most people react weird in 3bet pots. either go super bluffy or too fit or fold. either way thats good for you (even better if you identified their type already)
reason being that I dont enjoy c/c here. just ask yourself: which turn card do you actually want to see? ace obviously is alright, king too. 4 maybe. anything else makes the situation worse really...
You have to play very snug from OOP vs 2 villains. Because of the higher SPR (because of the 3! and calls pre), even J high fds will call any flop and turn bets. I think c/f is fine here. Also, having no blockers places more draws that got there in V ranges.
