I love these questions where people want an entire gameplan for a specific type of hands :/
T8J is a terrible board to bet if you have AA without any draws, even with a flush draw you should probably check. you should just check/fold on that flop because your hand can't stand the heat on later streets. and betting one'n'done is also bad because so many hands will call your bet and you're behind most of the time. even against Jxxxx you're a dog.
regarding QQxx no suit, there are details here. if it's qq47r, I personally wouldn't open it before CO. QQTJr is a good hand to open anywhere. 3-betting it isn't so good since it's rainbow, I would just call if there's already a raise in front of me. qq47 I'd fold to an open-raise before me.
if you're playing 6max, first learn what's a good starting hand and what's not and where would you open a hand, then try to play solid postflop.
