Ok so i have been playing huplo for the past 15k hands. I have noticed something as far overpairs are concerned. It seems as though hands like KKxx AAxx and QQxx. Initially i was 3bing these hands and found myself in a tough spot every time i didn't flop a set. Given in plo 2pr is pretty easy to hit it seems - EV to bet these hands single suited on the flop if u miss set. So I adjusted by only 3bing suited versions of the above hands.

Then I found myself getting exploited if I 3b and x the flop. So my question is what is the best way to play these hands? Is it true that QQxx no suit is a fold pf in 6m? I noticed a lot of players 3bing AAxx and just bombing 3 streets regardless of resistance. To me this seems ultra spewy. I don't know if i am losing money with my AAxx KKxx hands but if i bet a board like T8Jdd and i get raised and i have no diamond draw im folding. Does that make me exploitable? I see so many players going broke w AAxx it just doesn't make sense to me.

I love these questions where people want an entire gameplan for a specific type of hands :/
T8J is a terrible board to bet if you have AA without any draws, even with a flush draw you should probably check. you should just check/fold on that flop because your hand can't stand the heat on later streets. and betting one'n'done is also bad because so many hands will call your bet and you're behind most of the time. even against Jxxxx you're a dog.

regarding QQxx no suit, there are details here. if it's qq47r, I personally wouldn't open it before CO. QQTJr is a good hand to open anywhere. 3-betting it isn't so good since it's rainbow, I would just call if there's already a raise in front of me. qq47 I'd fold to an open-raise before me.

if you're playing 6max, first learn what's a good starting hand and what's not and where would you open a hand, then try to play solid postflop.

Man, u said you play huplo first. In that format I'm pretty sure you re not folding almost anything, spec not qq hands. In 6max bad qqxx and even kkxx are folds utg.

In addition to what was mentioned above you should work other hands into your 3B range. That'll keep the opponent from blowing you out on flops that don't have Broadway cards.

Ex, Suited Ace with mid-rundowns such as AJT9-A876, double suited rundowns, etc
