ive been playing almost exclusively omaha for several months, last night i opened a few tables of NL for fun. i assumed i would completely suck but surprisingly i felt really good, actually i feel like im plying the game better than ever before
im not a great poker play, when i transitioned to PLO from NL i was barely winning 5 dollars a session at 2/5c and 5/10c. when I quit NL i felt frustrated with the game and outclassed by people who just understood the game better. for whatever reason PLO has helped me understand NL, NL feels like PLO cut in half
has anyone else had this experience?
