Depends on players to act behind you and table dynamic. If opens are getting 3bet a lot or there are aggressive players to act behind, then it is loose. If the table is passive and there's a lot of limped or single raised multiway pots, it's fine.

UTG bets 12 BBs. I call? MP folds.
Calling is fine. His betting range is much much wider than his bet/call or bet/GII range. By raising, you fold out a wide part of his range that you beat, but you don't get repopped by hands that crush you. So all a raise accomplishes is to build a big pot vs. a continuing range that has good equity against your hand.

Call for same reasons as before. Intend to fold river if you don't boat up+. Most villains at these stakes are incapable of 3 barrel bluffing someone off trips here.

UTG checks, I?
I'm not really sure how to navigate the flop and turn here when it just feels like he has KKxx a lot there but I don't think I can fold or raise/fold somewhere?
You bet for value on this river. This is a good spot to take advantage of peoples inability to adjust their relative hand strength on certain board runouts. If he has a flopped monster or 777AA etc he's not going to fold. If he somehow 2 barreled you with Kx or some other crap he's folding to any bet
