imo it depends on stack sizes, but mostly doesn't matter. it doesn't really matter because the ratio between the forced bets and the size of the river bets are still the same, on account of the pot limit nature of betting. so you are forced to put in more money per round, but the pots are bigger as a result, so it all comes out in the wash, at least in terms of preflop hand selection. it would make a much bigger difference in a fixed limit game. it depends on stack size because if you are getting all in at a higher frequency then the size of river bets relative to the antes is actually decreasing, or rather the size of the river bets is staying the same but the forced moneys are increased. also in a loose aggro game there would be more of an impact because again, the all in cap is getting reached, again assuming 100 bb stacks in both cases.
