BB is kinda reggish, 3bets ~7-8% BvB. His overall CB IP is 40%, i suppose his checking range contains mostly AA-QQ and he will bet them OTT, so I was planning to X/R.
OTR I bet for thin value vs with overpairs

Would you bet random QQ-AA on the turn? What do you want to happen with it?
Given you are bluffing, why not just bet out on turn?

River thin value seems big, and expecting a lot of hero calls from overpairs that checked.

River wtf is he supposed to have? 88, maybe. 66 is only getting value from a couple of hands (one of which you are holding and apparently folding), and 86 is more understandable but not much better. 99/98 ranges are seriously blocked by your hand.

What is villain reraising that is worse than our hand?

I'm not calling this river shove. As kozat said above what do we beat?

If we call it's not to beat his sane value hands, it's because his value range is so weird/small and we block a lot of it.

population wise, i suspect most people underbluff this spot.

if you want to c/r on turn as a bluff with this hand, then I assume you get to the river with a lot of boats. so you probably should just call them and fold this one.

This is how most bad players play a boat or quads.

there's some truth to that i guess. but what is your bet/calling,bet/folding and check/calling range on this river?

Super annoying spot. Main problem is that has been mentioned, population-wise people underbluff and don't really raise worse for thin value.

On the other hand, is villain really checking twice with a boat? Is he checking 86 twice despite needing protection against all the straight draws? Is he reraising pre with 66? Even checking quads in position twice is a little off. So those questions plus the fact that bet/folding a straight here is ridiculously exploitable makes me call in this type of spot. Then villain does in fact show quads or the AA66. So its super annoying to have to fold close to your entire range (you're almost always betting boats/trips on turn), but from my experience people play nitty enough that I think you have to.
