Hi, I want to try building a roll online and would like some advice. I have $600 to deposit. I've read that low stakes plo (like plo $50 and below) isn't worth grinding due to the rake. Not sure if this is widely considered true or not?

If it is a big factor would I be better off playing plo50 rather than plo25 and try to get to plo100 as fast as I can? Or, is it not that much of a factor that the extra buy-ins at plo25 would make it a much better option?

I am thinking I'm probably going to buy-in for $25(just feel comfortable buying in shorter and having more buy-ins) at plo50 and if I get to $1000 buyin short ($50) at plo100 and if I lose $250 drop back down to plo50.

Idk, I'm not attatched to that... just throwing it out there.

Any advice/opinions on what I should do is appreciated.

If that $600 is replaceable and you're pretty good at the game already, jump into plo50
If it's not, just bite the bullet and play plo25
