Seemingly this is a much better turn card for your range than his since his 4betting range shouldn't have many combos that make straights or sets on this board so bluff raising here isn't entirely out of the question. If you don't want to consider that calling would be super standard here, your equity is sufficient enough to continue, especially being IP.
cbet/fold is pretty standard and best at 100bbs. You'll have AA3 type hands in your range a lot and at 100bb you can just go with them so you won't be exploited by flop bluff raises too much. If the board were something like 874 or we were deeper its a lot different.
Turn I think I like a lead. You're opponent won't give you 56 enough to fold 2 pair or anything but its probably just credible enough that they won't try bluffraising or hero-calling with the one-pair and other garbage they might have stabbed flop with. A c/c on turn to c/c river hits is probably barely better than folding.
