I proably do have some postflop leaks, im working on fixing them. I'm actually supposed to be up during my 13k hands, im just 16 bi below ev. Seems like thats super standard for plo?

thats what i dont get, like how can someone be down 20 buyin and be playing well, like flush draws missed and, set over set, out drawed, missed oesd, how does that happen 20 times is a session, its like if your not running good, or catch a spewy player its so hard to stack up.

*I was just using your 20 BI's as I.E. not trying to hate on you, just thought i should make that clear* My PLO mind is like a 4yrs trying to jam the circle' into the square' hole. im trying hard but its wont mofo'n fit, lol

It only took my 2 days to learn to solve a Rubix cube from youtube, why is PLO taking so much longer

I obv wasn't at my best towards the end of the session, but for the most part the dealer was out to get me. Lost 8k and ran 6k below, and got coolered in 4bet pots a lot, explaining much of the negative EV. Won it all back sat/sun, nothing more than a bump in the road, but important to expect.

At midstakes, preflop play is much more aggro, resulting in fierce variance at times. There's no need to fear such swings at micros in the short-term obv, but PLO is still a sick game.

I'm sorry to hate, but comparing solving a Rubik's Cube to playing PLO is ridiculous. As for the 2 days: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30yoyyuxN-o

lol the funniest thing is im watching big bang on tv and reading that, lol

* i was trying to say rubiks cube is a puzzle that can be solved mathematically, and plo is math in action

Haha that's pretty funny. The closest relationship between them is logic not really mathematics, although I guess you could say that solving the Rubik's cube uses group theory but that has no relevance to plo. All you need to do to solve the cube is memorise like 5 different algorithms and once you do you "win" 100%, whereas plo is a very dynamic game where the best play is not as simple as recalling an algorithm, so I fail to see the similarity.

"Villain is a 91/32 over a small sample"
Forgive me for being new and not understanding the terminology. What does the above sentence mean?

First number is VPIP, second is PFR. You know those? They're often accompanied by a third one, 3bet

2x6 with Vanessa and Emil is often cited as the first PLO vid someone should watch. Both of them also have individual vids (Ms. PLO and Lime-Aid PLO) that are decent. Can't comment on others.

Those 2 videos of Vanessa and Emil have helped me a lot when I first started PLO back then.

    * thinks thats standard* CO raises to $1.55
    * 3b is AAxx- good wraps, maybe even dbl pair*, 3 folds, UTG calls $1.20,* thought i could iso vs AAxx and increase my 2 pair outs and draws* Hero raises to $4.75 and is all-in, CO raises to $9.60, UTG folds

Is a shove fine with how much cash is in pot or should i only be calling to see muti way flops, I feels my draw with have better EV HU, but its high variance, I think id call if i was 100bb deep tho

Fold pre imo. This hand plays poorly multiways, It's marginal even from CO at micros. If u wanna play, 3bet to iso. As played, shoving is def the right play.

stacksize is irrelevant if many players see the flop. I'd still 3bet or fold, leaning towards the latter vs UTG PFR

any advice on weak top two wet boards

    i.e. Ad6d7h8h flop As8s7c

raised pot pre 2 callers, pfr bet 3/4 pot, fold, us ? if we raise were committed to hand, guy may fold, do we call and let him see cheap turns, or get possibly all in an flip, do we ever fold cuz every turn is a killer.
im guessing proto is call, if he bets fold, if he checks b/f IP

Don't think u should fold, but close between flat and jam 100bb deep when ip. I'd go for a flat and expect my opponent to play the turn face-up at microstakes.

You could be a coach yourself, and to draw future students' and horses' attention you need some free vids

If you don't want your SN to get disclosed, I'm pretty sure there are powerful tools that can shield (black out) SNs, hand numbers, cents in stack sizes etc., e.g. DebugMode Wax (freeware).

If you don't want to disclose your playing style, just play in a different style.

Do this kind thing, record videos, just for wellbeing of your bosses if you don't have other reasons.

Im playing SS NLHE and sometimes gambool some at PLO, im pretty clueless to starting hands from each pos.

So a simple starting hand chart would be really good for 6m.

also would like to know when limping is a good idea, in NL its pretty much always considured horrible but at PLO it seams fine, especially from early pos.

    Thx

Here you are: GGaRJ's chart, yrmom's chart (I remember neither of them so can't say which one is better ; yrmom's one is suprisingly more conservative). Don't take them as rigid guidelines because PLO is more of a postflop game than NLHE, there are so many PF styles possible at PLO. These charts are designed to prevent people from postflop trouble while they're learning. Pay more attention to postflop, don't think in NLHE ways. People seldom fold to PF 3bets, so be aggro PF with playable hands only.

Limping can be fine with hands that are generally weak but play better multiway (suited aces, setmining KK-QQ), though I'm not a fan of it. It also depends on looseness of your games, nanolimits are much looser and more suited to limping. However, position is much more important than in NLHE so fold more in early positions and VPIP more on the button.
