Nuts OTT but no redraw on super wet board - Unsure of best play Nuts OTT but no redraw on super wet board - Unsure of best play

I decided to checkraise turn for max value vs 2nd nuts & draw as well let possible bluffs stab at it, also decided to get it in OTT so I can take away villain's ability to outplay me on a ton of rivers.

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    Hero (SB): $105.46 (421.8 bb)
    BB: $36.21 (144.8 bb)
    UTG: $44.37 (177.5 bb)
    MP: $45.50 (182 bb)
    CO: $86.36 (345.4 bb)
    BTN: $27.51 (110 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is SB with K 6 9 8
UTG folds, MP calls $0.25, 2 folds, Hero completes, BB checks

    Flop: ($0.75) 5 4 7 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.72, BB folds, MP calls $0.72

    Turn: ($2.19) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $2.10, Hero raises to $8.40, MP raises to $27.30, Hero raises to $84, MP calls $17.23 and is all-in

    River: ($91.25) J (2 players, 1 is all-in)

    Spoiler:
    Results: $91.25 pot ($2 rake)
    Final Board: 5 4 7 6 J
    Hero showed K 6 9 8 and lost (-$45.50 net)
    MP showed 8 2 9 A and won $89.25 ($43.75 net)

The question is should I just lead pot turn or check/call or play it as played?

Will appreciate insights from hopefully some good players, Thanks.

I dont like the CR because we are so deep and it allows two potential fluah draws to see a free river and it also puts us in gross spots versus free rolls who can now put us in a world of hurt. As played the 4bet is a huge mistske. This is almost always nut straight plus fsd. Once in a blue moon V might show up with top set plus a fsd but thats pretty unlikely.

I lead turn and call if raised to evaluate the river.

I lead turn, don't mind stacking off so much if you think random 8s will raise. Villain shouldn't have 98 much without 986, Ac*c98 or 9877 any of which can raise flop some of the time. Calling for some balance/control is fine too, but I probably never fold river then.

On river you have to go into chat and tell villain wp flop call.

I am not quit sure, but what I have learned so far from the GTO approach:
    1. check the flop most of the time and check/call any bet this deep oop. (Raise preflop btw, better to be the preflop raiser not the caller in general...)
    2. check/call any turn, there is no reason to bet or check raise the turn after c/c the flop without any redraw to the nuts..(remember we are deep in a non-raised pot!! no need to go broke here!)
    3. You can easy c/c or c/f the river and not investing so much in this spot from your stack...

First time I completely agree on your hand view.Only think raise preflop with

this particular hand is not needed, but I guess you meant to have raise or fold

sb strategy in general which is fine.

JNandez really says GTO in a limped pot is the same as GTO in a raised pot for leads vs. checks?

Not sure flop ranges matter much when MP plays this bad anyway.

Forget GTO here for obvious reasons

No, but I guess is almost the same way to play the hand in a "GTO-way" to check oop this kind of flop because of many reasons...

Check-raising turn seems like nut low line to me

With an SPR of 20 and two flush draws possible stacking off with the nuts here is a mistake. Bet call the turn.
