Obviously he doesn't have AAxx or any other sets so a reraise is bad, also its unlikely he is bluffing so i don't think there is much value in calling and then checking trying to get him to bluff the river.

If you are against a KKxx hand that hit the flush on the turn and tries to get some value (could be a recreational player who just pushes buttons to see "where he is at") its unlikely you can get him to call a river c/r unless he is a calling station. If he got scared of your turn call he could check back the river allot of times... so call turn and lead river makes allot of sense.
