NFD and Gutter OTT

I'm new to PLO and trying to get better, and I think I messed this one up.

Pre-flop: I have a pretty good hand, should I be 3-betting this? It seems kind of wide, propokertools.com has it listed as a top 15% hand. I think flatting is ok but am willing to entertain the idea of 3betting this sometimes.

Flop: fairly dry board, no flush draws, and limited straight draws. It checks around and I take a stab. I can see a strong argument for checking and seeing a free turn. Our hand can improve on any club, a 8,9,T,A. In the future I think I will check this spot.

Turn: We've turned the NFD and a gutter, I like betting, most things that continued are coming along as a 9c isn't really a show stopper, it just creates a lot of draws.

River: I like the check back, we've got very little showdown value and I think we played it kind of straight up as a draw, all of which missed. Opponent probably has a piece of this board, possibly trips after sticking around this long and we're not going to make him fold with another bet.

I guess if I was able to replay this hand I would think about a 3bet pre, and check back the flop, but probably play the turn and river as is.

you turned your hand into a bluff on the flop so I would go with it and 1-2-3 vs your micro utg range.

Re: NFD and Gutter OTT

don't 3bet pre.

if you bet flop (which I'm not sure I would do), don't use that sizing, 1/3 pot is perfectly fine.

turn is a good card, but you can't expect to be ahead here with TT after getting called on 227r 3-way. you're basically bluffing at this point. river changes nothing, it's hard for you to win with a showdown here, so IDK maybe you should punt it till the end if you like punting on earlier streets. but this is PLO2 so I think such overly aggressive strategy isn't really so great.

Never 3bet this from the sb.There are no draws on 227 rainbow, why are you potting?

Turn is also questionable, when your opponent calls 227 he doesn`t have pocket 9`s and

is very likely to call again.

1/2 is probably slightly better sizing 3way w TT when we need more protection.
As played check turn.

Re: NFD and Gutter OTT

Flop sizing is yuckkkkkkk. I mean, wtf are you trying to rep? A 2xxx? What 2xxx do you flat on the button other than the combos which are like AQJ2? And even if you have a 2, would you pot it? I mean, no one else is likely to have anything other than CO who can have all overpairs (that you crush if you hold 2xxx and you thus would sort of not want to pot)

If I was CO here I would be scratching my head at your bet no matter what I had and probably get ready to start calling down

edit:

More protection? Uh. TT is a bluff here. If you want to protect against overcards hitting the turn and giving away equity then 1/3rd pot does the job just as good as half, since no KQJxish hand is calling 1/3 or 1/2 pot..

JJ never fold to 1/3 either
A point somehow missed from my prev post is we lack nutted hands in this spot.
And whilst K-high will fold but A-high w/ BDs will be interested in calling vs 1/3.
But at end of day an awkward spot to bet TT.
