After 8k hands this months I am even at PLO100..so better than my shots last year, where I was more struggling. I am playing a little better but still have some big issue to master. Had one really bad session two days ago where I've played poor and run bad and lost all my winnings so far..That is what I am afraid of. I can play some couple of days really good from my point of view but there is one day coming where you get burn to the ground and can't do nothing against. That is in my opinion the most difficult part to master in poker. It happens suddenly where you find your self in a big hole.
Yeah but I am hopping, I get better at study my leaks and my hands. Hand some problems with some villians who 3 betting me like *** every session. Have to get over it and don't start to tilt like usually...I am fighting.

the sickest downswing I ever had...the last 4k hands so f*** sick.
For sure I had some bad plays and tilt issue but I can't really explain what happens. The last three days I got smashed at PLO100 than I moved down and got smashed at PLO50 f****. I lost almost my whole bankroll about 2.5k in three days. I am done. I can't belive it, it is sooo f** brutal.
I closed my pokerstars account for 30 days. I am done with cash game.
I can't stand the f**** anymore.

Definitely take a break for a little while, pick up some other hobby(s), once you are back in balanced mindstate, you can decide whether you want to play again.

Assuming you aren't playing for a living, then poker should be a fun thing you do, not something that is a constant source of anxiety and frustration.

why would u move to 100plo if ur breakeven at 50?

Seriously Martin,
work on your mental game not only due poker.
It will help you in so many aspects of your life.
Ofc you get smashed at PLO100 if you dont table select,
dont get a coach or not willing to put xx of hours to study.

ty guys but you know, I am feeling so sad now...I lost few stacks to a 80/20 villian who was playing and hitting almost everything, couldn't win anything against him. No single 50/50 and lost a few 70/30 but than I got on tilt couldn't stop playing lost twice about 8 buy ins at PLO100 in just only two sessions...moved down and got smashed at PLO50 too...I have no emotion and tilt control..I don't know why but if I expect to win but don't I get suddenly upset..I need help for sure. I closed my account one years ago for 12 months than come back and was hoping it gets better, maybe I can work on my game and get better results but no no no. It was like everytime I play some sessions ok and I think I will get the point and improving but than I got kick in the a****I can't play online cashgame anymore, its so brutal these days,almost every reg playing so f***** good and I am so bad in adjusting, in everything.
If you not work on your game, if your not work on your mindset, if you not work on everything what is related to poker you have no f*** chance to win. You will get run over...

My goal and dream was to show a nice winning graph someday but that will never happen. The whole time I was still beliving in me and my abilities but now I am done..There is one point you can get over it and this point is now.
Like I wrote in my 3k post thread already its a big illusion that I will be able to crush a online cashgame level..It something beyond my abilities. I can win a few session but I can't play a single month or even a year my A game, I just can't. I have to accept this fact and move on.
Maybe I will play some MMTs for fun but I am not going to play ONE single cashgame hand anymore online!

in 2018 you can't expect to walk into nl100 or plo100 or anything with 100$ buyin and play against clueless players... ****, even at plo5 you have players from 3rd world who are grinding it out and take it very seriously.

I remember the thread you made about your 3000 posts and I remember I told you to go play lower stakes. it's like a video game, if you can't beat FIFA on Semi-Pro, will you play on World Class? today you need to be a genius to come into plo100 with little experience and beat the game, even being a genius maybe isn't enough simply because average intelligence + very hard work > very high intelligence + no work.
